This study presents the modelling and validation of 3D cadastral objects for realizing the first registration using the new regulation on 3D cadastre. This paper aims to present a proof of concept implementing 3D cadastre of a new regulation of land registration in Indonesia (Government Regulation Number 18/2021 on Rights to Manage, Land Rights, Strata Title and Land Registration). 3D cadastres have to deal with various institutional/legal gaps and challenging information integration regarding the Rights-Restrictions-Responsibilities (3R) of 2D parcels.
